About AIAA

The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is a professional organization dedicated to shaping the future of aerospace. Through a global network of aeronautic and astronautic professionals, premier conferences and forums, cutting edge publications, and active local participation, AIAA encourages collaboration, innovation, and leadership in the aerospace community.

About the Mid-Atlantic Section

The Mid-Atlantic Section is one local community within AIAA, spanning potions of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our goal is to bring together aerospace professionals in the Mid-Atlantic to push the limits of aerospace expertise. We believe that the key to continued innovation in the aerospace industry is an engaged community of students and young professionals.

About YPSE

The Young Professionals, Students, and Educators Conference is our section’s main event each year. The goal of this conference extends the goals of our section as a whole. That is, we want to bring together students, educators, and young professionals from around the Mid-Atlantic region to share their work and make connections within the broader aerospace industry. We thank you for your interest in this event, and we hope you engage with the opportunity to expand your aerospace knowledge, share what you already know, and make lasting connections with peers.
